My Fitbit Inspire HR is great for motivating me to move on the hour, count my daily steps, automatically record my yoga or cycling sessions. I love that it monitors my sleep patterns. It's a great way to keep on top of my sleep routines for best rest! It gently pulses as my new alarm clock, too!
I love the quality of my Asics shoes! They bear up well on my hourly treks along the Legacy Trail, my neighborhood, or other walking trails. They keep my feet comfy and cushion the blow for my knees. I also love their color selections! I also love my Skechers for regular daily excursions. They look great and offer fabulous support. I will never again wear shoes that don't offer superb foot support! The hats are great for chilly winters in Kentucky, and I love my sun hat for summer hikes, gardening or simple neighborhood strolls. Love the T-shirts and tunics for their colorful options and great comfort, too. I use every item recommended here! |
